While dining in a restaurant the surrounding noise muffles anyone at my table who is speaking. Unless the person talking is eye to eye with me, its very difficult to understand them. Sound can increase suddenly...fortunately I have not let it bother my sleeping. Seems to quiet down at bedtime or when I am relaxing. Apreciate any advice anyone can suggest. Thankyou. I lost hearing in that ear, but the t. never goes away, but I don't notice it now until something brings it up, like reading this blog.
