Hello.  My name is Troy and I can't even think straight.  My pain is unbearable right now.  I can't eat or sleep and I am so depressed.  I really thought I was with the woman that I would grow old with and after almost 4 years together I have nowhere to turn.  That's it for my intro.

I really need and am looking for support.  Looks like a good place to be.

Well, you've come to a good place Troy.
Let me just say this... It happens to the best of us.
It's all a matter of how you handle the situation.

I know you fell crappy right now. I did too.
But, you can either sit around all day, and mope around.
Or...
You can handle this like a man, learn from the experience (the relationship), and move on with life.

Don't look at this as the end. Even though it's hard not to see it as the end. Just see it as a new beginning.

Just focus on yourself for now. Make big money, and have fun with life.
Go to a party, have a few drinks, and have fun! Just don't do anything stupid that will make you look irresponsible or an ass. You know what I mean?
