Hello Everybody,

I have moved the forum to http://www.justkeepthechange.com/community/

There is still a few problems, but I'll get that handled as fast as I possibly can. Some of the latest posts from here haven't been moved - I am really sorry for this, but it was the only way.

I'll lock everything up here. Let me know how the transition goes, and if everything works correctly with your profile, password etc.

my personal email is alex at justkeepthechange.com

Feel free to write me there with anything, questions, concerns etc.

Here's that URL again:

I'm going away for a week to get down to the sun. Don't be too jealous, okay? ;)

Take care.

Your friend,

9  Just Keep The Change / Lifestyle / Are you pumping iron? on: February 04, 2009, 03:53:56 PM
I have been lifting weights for quite some time, and must say that it has helped me gain lots of valuable self-understanding, as well as an astonishing physique  ;)

So what about you, are you doing anything to keep fit? Maybe you ditched the coke for good here at new years?

Let me hear all about it!
10  Just Keep The Change / Introduce yourself / How to introduce yourself just right on: January 19, 2009, 12:15:28 PM
Follow these easy steps to a great introduction:

  • Tell us your name
  • Tell us why you are here
  • Tell us who you are

That's it!

Have fun  8)
11  Just Keep The Change / Introduce yourself / Hey guys, first introduction! on: January 19, 2009, 11:59:57 AM
So, since I am the admin of this little community, I though that an intro was in place.

As you probably already know, my name is Alex Kay.

I run this forum and the main blog found at www.justkeepthechange.com at a day to day basis.

My heart has been broken many times, and I have since made it my mission to teach all I know about women, love, sex and all that is in between. I feel that it is my gift to the world, and to mankind as a whole.

I am generally a very open person, and I love to help. So if there's anything you would like to know, or need help with, don't hesitate to contact me.

Anyway, welcome to the forums, and don't forget to introduce yourself!

See you around ;)
12  Just Keep The Change / All About Dating / Start here - Must read dating articles! on: January 17, 2009, 04:27:25 AM
Before you jump into the posts, I would be grateful if you would take a minute or two to check out the following articles.

They talk about a lot of important principles when it comes to dating, and that way, you can all kind of have the same foundation for discussion.

Sure, be free to disagree with me. I only encourage that!

But be sure to know what I am talking about first  :)

Kissing

Kissing is a big thing in the just keep the change mentality and philosophy. Make sure you know how to do it right :)

14  Just Keep The Change / Ex Girlfriend Stories / MUST READ - How to post your story for maximum benefit on: January 17, 2009, 04:22:05 AM
Since this is basically the most important part of the whole forum, I want to do my best for your optimal results.

First thing: It's always a good idea to just let it out.

We're a bunch of guys really respective guys, I swear you won't be made fun of. So just let it out; if you feel that you need to be anonymous, be so. Change city names, dates, whatever it takes. It's the content that matters, not the context!

But just know that you can trust us! This is important. Hateful comments will be deleted without warning, this forum is only for grown-ups actually taking things serious.

Also, don't spare any details. The more details you can give, the more we can understand your situation and therefore talk about it optimally. If you feel that something needs to be said hasn't been said, please god, just say it. This forum is all about sharing.

Be 100% honest. This will get you the best help, and help others just as much. Don't make yourself look better or worse than you are - but don't be entirely objective either. Your story should be written from your viewpoint. Remember, it's your story!

This is as much about venting as it is about feedback and questions.

Taking the first step to share your story will greatly benefit you in many ways. Research has shown that if you conciously take the first step, your unconciousness will actually help you without you even noticing.

So just post your story. Don't think too much about punctuation, grammar etc. It's really not that important - the important thing is you sharing your story.

Keep this is mind, and I'll see you in the threads.
