My advice would be to stay out for the moment. Let her make a move. If she does, good... otherwise, it would be best to move on. If she really wants to be with you, I trust she will be. Look at how much trouble she's causing you. You can't even sleep anymore. The question you're going to have to ask yourself is if this girl is really, really worth it - try an unbiased, objective look on the situation (it's hard, I know...). Maybe make a list of all the things you hated about your relationship with her.
