Once a week. It is, and we incorporate a lot of cardio work in there too so I've definitely seen imporvements in strength and stamina. I'd never really found team sports interesting, so I was glad to find kickboxing, its also a big confidence boost to know that you could handle yourself in a fight.

I was thinking about trying to find some sort of training center to go to over the summer while I'm out of school to learn some fighting techniques. I used to want to try kickboxing but I'm looking more into MMA stuff now. I'm a super beginner when it comes to that stuff though... I'm sure if I get into it, it will be a great way to work out though. I know a girl whose only workout routine is kickboxing and she has an amazing body, so obviously it works.  :)

I finally started running every morning. Try to play soccer with friends when I can.

Still hit the gym only once a week - focus mostly on core muscles like abs and chest. Biceps not too big yet  :(

You're probably right, Alex, but... I've been doing push-ups and sit-ups and been lifting, ah, what's it called, a dumbbell? A weight, that's it. Did that when I was aged 16-18 or so. I never became the muscular hero I would have liked to be. Ah well...

However, today, I seem to only have to touch the weight, and I can see my biceps growing. So I'm wondering: am I doing something better than back in the days? Has my body finally understood the necessity of being handsome & muscular?

Also, I'll check out the site you mentioned. Ah, I see the word 'TESTOSTERONE' appearing in the browser tab... Sounds good...

Well, I run 10 miles every morning.
I'm an active orienteering competitor.

And for those of y'all who do not know what orienteering is, it is a cross between Cross Country and land navigation, require survival skills as well. It's set usually in woodland areas, long open fields, and mountain trails. The coarse I run are usually through 8 miles of thick woodlands.

My mother actually bought that from her friend.

And this MAXX Strength machine, which I ended up having to put together without instructions.
But, I felt accomplished because I got the whole thing put together in half an hour.

Forget animation, I should just be an engineer. I've already got the skill with mechanics down.  ;D

I have P90X, I just don't usually have enough time every day to dedicate to the hour-hour and a half workouts. I do it when I can, and it's still very effective.
