You're probably right, Alex, but... I've been doing push-ups and sit-ups and been lifting, ah, what's it called, a dumbbell? A weight, that's it. Did that when I was aged 16-18 or so. I never became the muscular hero I would have liked to be. Ah well...
However, today, I seem to only have to touch the weight, and I can see my biceps growing. So I'm wondering: am I doing something better than back in the days? Has my body finally understood the necessity of being handsome & muscular?
Also, I'll check out the site you mentioned. Ah, I see the word 'TESTOSTERONE' appearing in the browser tab... Sounds good...
