Poker

So I play poker online at Full Tilt... I'm pretty avid about it, but I'm far an any sort of expert. I started out with $100 in my account about a year ago, and right now I have $270. I play small-stakes tournaments every now and then, not on a regular basis or anything, just every now and then. I usually do pretty good, even won a few. But I just had the most horrible suckout of my life and needed to clear my head so I came here.  :P

Playing Hold'em, I was dealt Kh 9h ... the only reason I played the hand was because they were suited cards. Nobody raised pre-flop, so I called. The flop comes up Ks Kd 9c. I flopped an absolute monster, no way I could lose the hand. I decided to try to trap, and made a minimum bet. As expected, my opponent in the the hand called. The turn comes up 5s. No big deal, right? I make a bigger bet. To my surprise, I get raised. Thinking nothing of it, I call. The river comes up 5d. I make an even bigger bet. My opponent pushes all-in. I call. He flips over 5c 5h. His back-door four of a kind beat my flopped full house.

I know shit like this happens but it's still extremely frustrating.  >:(

LOL!
Well, that's gambling...

Now, just don't make the mistake of trying to 'win the money back'...  :D
Good luck Scott!

Yeah that sucks.
Good luck in the future.

All I can give you is this. Which goes for everyone else on this forum.
