		<description>Hi, I am 40 and I have been running for the last 10 years continuously, I run for about 40 minutes 4-5 days a week,
I had no issues so far, I run within myself for the first half an hour and then sprint for 5-10 mins and then slow down at the end and I run in the park which will lessen the impact on the knees, I never stoopped it whether it rains or windy or freezing, sometimes the weather discourages you but I still motivate myself just to get that high at the end of the run, you have to experience it then you will never stop exercising - chembu</description>

		<description>I started power walking/running for very short bursts, I did not think that I could ever run for a long period of time, I am 51 years old and now I run every day for 15 minutes WITHOUT STOPPING, up hills as well, I am so proud of myself and along with a diet change I have also lost 4.3 kilos in 1 month.  I suffer with anxiety/depression and these symptoms have also improved rapidly.  I feel great.  If I can do it, anyone can.</description>

But there is another benefit, I study Tai Chi and Kung fu and quickly associated the &#039;runners wall&#039; with basic meditation. For those of you that are new to running you can work yoursevlves in to a basic meditative state. Runners call this &#039;the wall&#039; it&#039;s when your brain switches off from the pain and exhaustion and your mind clears or intensely focuses. Hold on to this state of mind and be concious of it, if you get in to meditation, projection or the like then this skill can be recalled and utilised from your direct experiernce of running.</description>
